
29-year-old Randy Brill of Elk Creek was arrested on charges of felony delivery of a controlled substance, felony possession of a weapon while in possession of a controlled substance, and felony keeping or maintaining a public nuisance. The Texas County Sheriff’s Department at the South Central Drug Task Force executed the search warrant at a residence on Highway H, where they found 101 small Ziploc bags with about 7 grams of a substance that field tested positive for meth, scales, and four smoking devices. They also found a shotgun. Bril was taken to the Texas County jail and his bond was set at $4,000
