North Arkansas Electric Cooperative will have a planned outage for members served by the Brockwell and Pineville substations beginning around 11 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30. The outage is necessary for personnel to perform transmission line reconstruction safely. It is expected to last fewer than 10 minutes and will affect 3,165 member accounts in and around Bandmill, Brockwell, Calico Rock, Culp, Mount Olive, Newburg, Optimus, Oxford, Pineville, and Wideman.
