26-year-old Payden Biram Stewart was sentenced to 120 days in Stone County Jail then eight months suspended sentence as part of his plea deal. The Arkansas State Police reported that Stewart crossed the centerline and hit a vehicle driven by 33-year-old Ashton Rae Woods. Woods died as a result of the crash. Stewart pled guilty to charges of negligent homicide and careless and prohibited driving, both misdemeanors, as part of the deal. He is also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.
