36-year-old Cody Casey was reportedly notified that his father’s vehicle was moved from a property where it was left two years ago. The property owner was moving a mobile home onto the property in Oxford and to do so had to move the vehicle. The owner said she contacted the vehicle’s owner to let him know she had moved it and who to contact to find out where it had been towed. After Casey learned the vehicle had been towed he allegedly sent a message on Facebook Messenger using profanity and threats, saying he was going to kill the woman and her two children. The victim said in the past that he had kicked in her door and hit her daughter and believed that he might act on the threats.  Casey is facing a felony count of terroristic threats. His bond is set at $10,000 with an order for no contact with the victim.
