At a recent ceremony honoring service to Missouri and to the state’s judiciary, Representative David (Judge) Evans was honored for his contributions to protecting and improving the fair and just administration of justice in Missouri. Evans has served tirelessly as a legislator for the past 6 years and as Chairman of the Missouri House Judiciary Committee for the past four years. ECNN talked to Mr. Evans about winning the award
