The man climbed the tower at the Ozarka Tech Center around 10:30 Sunday morning. An Arkansas State Police Negotiator talked him down after about two and a half hours. The Sheriff’s Office said the man did not appear to be suicidal and never mentioned killing himself. The name of the man has not been released at this time.
