KANSAS CITY, Mo.- The Kansas City Chiefs are expected to be down a few players for Monday night’s game against the New Orleans Saints.

Kansas City Chiefs Head Coach Andy Reid announced on Saturday, Oct. 5, that it is doubtful Running Back Clyde Edwards-Helaire will play in the Monday Night Football game tonight at Arrowhead Stadium.

Wide Receiver Mecole Hardman was listed as questionable for Monday’s game.

Defensive End Michael Danna participated in limited practices as he recovered from a calf injury until Saturday when he completed a full practice. Linebacker Nick Bolton, Running Back Kareem Hunt, and Defensive Tackle Derrick Nnadi had all been recovering from injuries of their own but are also expected to play against the Saints.

Meanwhile, Rashee Rice has been placed on Injury Reserve due to a knee injury he suffered in the Week 4 game against the Los Angeles Chargers. He is expected to miss at least the next four games.

The Chiefs are expected to kick off against the Saints at 7:15 p.m. in Kansas City. The pregame starts at 6 pm, on K-Kountry 95
