In August Sam Ellison was arrested for vandalism, leaving the scene of an accident and harassment. Two days after he was released from jail he allegedly rammed and flipped over nearly a dozen vehicles. He was wearing an ankle monitor at the time. It was discovered that Ellison had done the vandalism with a tractor of his, the same night after being released from jail while wearing the ankle monitor. The victims of the second vandalism were unrelated to the first crime and over an ongoing conflict between the individuals. Ellison was arrested again and held on a second warrant for vandalism, harassment, and armed criminal action.
