Yesterday afternoon, Silver Dollar City announced plans to invest 500 million dollars over the next ten years in the construction of the new Silver Dollar City Resort. Silver Dollar City President Brad Thomas announced around 350 media personnel and VIPs, including Governor Mike Parson.
Construction is already underway; the 262-room resort will be seven stories tall with indoor and outdoor pools and scenic views of the Ozarks and Table Rock Lake. Thomas says that with 1,200 newly acquired acres, there will be similar announcements in the months and years ahead; the Silver Dollar City Resort is set to open in late 2026.
