Police say that 27-year-old William Hermann of Mountain Home was killed when he was hit by a car driven by 62-year-old Sarah Alsup. Police report that Alsup was traveling on Highway 62B East and Hermann was attempting to cross the road walking. Alsup’s car hit Hermann and knocked him into the Parking Lot at City Nails. Alsup allegedly left the scene of the accident and went home. Alsup was found several; hours later and reportedly told police that she thought she hit a deer.
