The Arkansas State Police report that 49-year-old Malcolm Hix was killed when the Semi he was driving hit the trailer of another Semi, with the trailer catching fire. The accident happened on Highway 69 at the OMP Feed Mill east of Magness around 4:30 Tuesday morning.
