A juvenile who allegedly stole a truck in Pocahontas was involved in an armed robbery in Doniphan and a pursuit in Poplar Bluff. According to reports the juvenile stole the truck on Julie Dean Road just after noon on Tuesday. A BOLO was issued for the vehicle. Doniphan Police then notified Randolph County authorities that Bart’s Liquor Store on Highway 166 North at the Randolph County and Missouri State Line had been robbed at gunpoint and the vehicle driven by the suspect matched the description of the one stolen earlier. Authorities say the juvenile suspect fired several rounds while leaving the store and driving back into Randolph County before turning around and heading back into Missouri. Then just after 3 pm, authorities in Poplar Bluff reported a pursuit with the suspect on Highway 67 that ended with a crash and a foot pursuit. At this time no names have been released in the incident.
