49-year-old Kenneth Robinson suffered moderate injuries when he drove off the road and overturned the vehicle he was driving. Robinson was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor DWI-drug intoxication, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident, no insurance, and no seat belt. He was taken to Cox South in Springfield. the accident happened on Highway 38, five miles east of Hartville.
