FORT LEONARD WOOD, Mo. A Soldier at Fort Leonard Wood has been arrested on murder charges. 21-year-old Specialist Wooster Rancy was arrested for the murder of Sergeant Sarah Roque. Roque’s body was found in a dumpster at the post. Rancy is charged with murder and obstructing justice.
