51-year-old Kenneth Burnett will be in court on December 20th. Burnett was charged in August after a search of his home uncovered meth, pills, and drug paraphernalia. The home was located within 1,000 feet of Junction Hill School. Burnett is a prior offender with convictions for felony drug-related charges in 2003, 2006, 2008, and 2009. The bond was originally set at $150,000. He posted bond in September.
