Sunday afternoon, the Patrol arrested 44-year-old Umeka Slayton of Oxly, 53-year-old Sherri Dicken of Marmaduke, and 48-year-old Bryan Carter of Corning on charges of Felony possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Carter was also charged with no seatbelt and failure to display valid plates. All three were processed and released.
