The Highway Patrol says that a 73-year-old man suffered minor injuries when he attempted to make a turn as another vehicle attempted to pass hit and hit his vehicle. The Gainesville man was taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on Highway 5, three miles north of Gainesville.
