A three-vehicle accident sends a Houston, Missouri man to the hospital.
Yesterday afternoon around three, the driver of a box truck had stopped to help another driver of an uninvolved truck with their unknown load that had spilled off just south of Licking on U.S. 63. That’s when the 52-year-old driver of a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado hit the box truck in the rear end; the impact rotated the Silverado into the northbound lane of 63, when that same truck then struck a 2018 Chevy Tahoe
The Tahoe and Silverado were towed away, while the box truck was driven away from the scene; the driver of the Silverado was taken by air to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
