A West Plains woman was injured in an accident west of West Plains on Monday. The Highway Patrol reports that the 21-year-old suffered moderate injuries when she hit a large rock in the road, lost control of her vehicle, traveled off the road, and hit a ditch. The woman was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on County Road 6470, four miles west of West Plains.
A man from Thayer was injured when he drove off the road and struck a culvert Monday night. The Highway Patrol reports the 33-year-old suffered minor injuries in the accident. He was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on Highway 142, two miles east of Thayer.
An Ava man was injured in an accident in Dade County on Monday. The Highway Patrol says that the 50-year-old man was injured when he drove off the road and overturned the pickup he was driving. He was taken to Cox South in Springfield. The accident happened on Highway A, eight miles southwest of Lockwood.
