39-year-old Kristy Leedham-Johnston was originally charged with first-degree murder in the death of 48-year-old Mark Dennis Mucha. Charges have been amended and she now is charged with abandonment of a corpse and tampering with evidence. Her case was continued until March 10, 2025, because no report has been returned on a psychological examination. The woman was being held in Baxter County Detention Center.
