The Highway Patrol reports that a 28-year-old man suffered moderate injuries and a 6-year-old girl suffered minor injuries when, the man drove off the road and struck a driveway embankment, and overturned. Both the injured were taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. The accident happened on Highway 17, three miles northwest of Summersville.
