31-year-old Vincent Andrew Walrath was arrested on charges of two counts of felony fleeing, theft of property less than $1,000, first-degree criminal mischief, DWI-drugs, speeding, reckless driving, and failure to stop at a stop light. He is being held in Baxter County Detention Center with a bond set at $40,000
