According to KY3, a man who was rescued from a flooding creek has died. James Hagewood spent 20 hours in a flooded creek and was recovering in a long-term facility in Mountain home when he passed. The flooding happened nearly a month ago when James went missing and was later found in his truck in a creek. Justin Burnett, his neighbor is the one who found him and called 911.
