
The Missouri Department of Transportation is shutting down Route 142 to perform core drilling in Oregon County. The roadway will be shut down between County Road 9330 and County Road 9960 near Thayer. Work will take place Tuesday, December 10 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weather permitting.
Also in Howell County a stretch of road on JJ highway will be shut down to perform core drilling. The roadway being worked on will be located between County Road 9100 and County Road 9220 near West Plains. The work will take place on Wednesday, December 11 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weather permitting. The work zone will be marked with signs Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
