A man who was sentenced to time in prison for child pornography now faces additional charges in Fulton County. 41-year-old Terry Lynn Johnson of Horseshoe Bend was sentenced to 20 years in prison and has open rape cases in Filton and Sharp Counties now faces five counts of computer exploitation of a child in Fulton County. Bond for Johnson on these charges, who is already being held in the Sharp County Jail, is set at $500,000. In the open cases, Johnson is facing one count of rape in Fulton County involving a 13-year-old girl. In Sharp County, he is facing four counts of rape involving the same victim.
