There’s a new bill trying to give fun rights back to felons in Arkansas. The bill will give gun rights back to nonviolent felons in the state of Arkansas. House Bill would give some exceptions to the list of people who are banned from owning firearms. The exception would be for felons convicted by the state of an antitrust violation, restraint of trade, business-regulated offenses, and unfair trade practice. These individuals would have to wait 10 after their conviction.
