Two men and one woman were charged with first-degree drug trafficking after a search of their vehicle.  The police allegedly found hundreds of fentanyl capsules, drug packaging materials, and meth. 38-year-old Samuel Meador, 53-year-old Monica Kelsing, and Bradly Hale who is 49 were held on a $100,000 Bond.  Both Kelsing and Hale posted their bonds on Thursday.  The Howell County Sheriff’s Department made the traffic stop and the drug dog “spice” indicated that drugs were present which led to the search of the vehicle.  A total of 300 suspected fentanyl capsules and over 14 grams of methamphetamine were located along with hypodermic needles that had a liquid substance in them.
