A man from Springfield was arrested in Dora on Thursday. 66-year-old Kelly Adams of Springfield was arrested after a pursuit by Douglas County Deputy Martin in the Dora Area. Kelly Adams was in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia along with warrants for his arrest out of West Plains and Cabool. Adams is being charged with aggravated fleeing a stop or detention, resisting arrest for a felony, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license, exceeding the posted speed limit, and owner operating a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility. His bond was set at $5000 cash only.
