The Thayer McDonald’s had the incredible honor of presenting Ms. Jennifer Seibert from Thayer Elementary with the 2024 McDonald’s Outstanding Educator Award!
Jennifer was nominated for her dedication to her students both in and out of the classroom. She goes above and beyond by attending her students’ events and being their biggest supporter, always showing up for them and their families. She takes the time to get to know her families, checking in, celebrating their successes, and offering help whenever needed. As a caring and selfless colleague, she sacrifices her personal time to assist anyone in need, never asking for anything in return. Her kindness and dedication make her a true blessing to all who know her!
To celebrate her hard work, Jennifer received a $100 Visa gift card along with her official McDonald’s Outstanding Educator certificate from Hilburn-Vaini McDonald’s Area Supervisor Shirley Hollis, and Thayer McDonald’s General Manager Ashley Stroud.
