40-year-old Jason Paul Boisclair pf Gassville, was charged with negligent homicide and second-degree battery. He was accused of crossing the centerline and hitting the car that 27-year-old Topanga Maxwell of Yellville was in. Maxwell. That vehicle rolled over and caught fire. Maxwell died in the crash. Toxicology reports revealed that Boisclair had drugs in his system. At the time of the accident, his driver’s license was suspended for DUI. Boisclair was sentenced to six years in prison.
