A 25-year-old man from Mountain Home has been arrested on several charges. Wilber Duvalie Hernandez Perez was arrested on Friday by the Arkansas State Police. Perez was arrested for two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the 3rd degree, driving while intoxicated with a suspended license, an open container containing alcohol in a motor vehicle, no liability insurance, drinking in public or drinking on a highway, tinted windows sect .2, and vehicle lights being defective or improper headlamps.
