According to reports 51-year-old Katherine Mason-Rice suffered moderate injuries when she traveled off the road and struck a guardrail and several trees. Mason-Rice was taken to Phelps Health Hospital and was charged with DWI. The accident happened on Highway 19, eleven miles north of Eminence.
