48-year-old Larry Dean Morrison was turned over to federal authorities on a warrant out of the Western District Courts of Missouri for possession of child pornography. Morrison was originally charged in the 44th Judicial Court of Douglas County in March of 2024 for Promoting Child Pornography 1st Degree, and two counts of Possession of Child Pornography. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, Ava PD, and the Cyber Crimes Task Force jointly investigated this.
