The Mountain Home Police arrested 42-year-old Christopher Cody Tabler on charges of obstructing governmental operations, Failure to appear, driving while suspended, no insurance, expired trailer tags, improper lane change, and an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and his bond was set at $2,095
