59-year-old Wayne Beck allegedly shot a 19-year-old male victim that he had been arguing with. The incident happened on November 15th. Beck reportedly admitted to striking the victim with the gun and firing a shot toward the victim. Beck said he did not intend to hit the victim, only to scare him. Beck was charged with Domestic Assault 1st Degree, Armed Criminal Action, and Unlawful Use of Weapon. Beck will be in court on January 14th
