39-year-old Tamara Ann Browning was arrested last night on charges of possession of a Schedule 6 controlled substance and possession of a Schedule 4 or 5 controlled substance. She was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and her bond was set at $1,390. She will be in Court on January 21st.
