The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man from Poplar Bluff. Reports show that 37-year-old Ashley L Gillum was arrested on Thursday for a felony Cape Girardeau county warrant for tampering with a motor vehicle, felony possession of a controlled substance, meth, felony endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
