39-year-old John Ziino was indicted on December 27th for aggravated first-degree sodomy, for allegedly subjecting a minor to sexual contact knowing the minor was related by blood. Ziino was arrested on December 30th with a bond set at $100,000. He was released on January 2nd, with a GPS monitor, and told not to leave the state. Ziino waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to the charges, and is set to appear in court on Feb. 3 for a plea or trial setting.
