The Arkansas State Police has now released details about a crash in Fulton County on December 30th that injured five teenagers. According to the ASP, the accident happened when the vehicle, driven by a 16-year-old male, failed to negotiate a curve, crossed the center line and the other highway lane, went into the ditch, hit an embankment, and then hit a tree. Four of the injured were minors and the fifth was 19-year-old Landen Haynes. The accident happened on U.S. Highway 62/412 just outside of Salem.
