59-year-old Richard Mansfield was arrested after he allegedly threatened deputies. Mansfield was taken to the Fulton County jail where authorities then found drug paraphernalia and suspected drugs on him. He was then charged with felony furnishing prohibited articles and misdemeanor resisting arrest and criminal trespass. His bond was set at $5,000.
