A Doniphan man has been arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Reports show that 45-year-old Joseph W Barber was arrested in Ripley County for Driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving involving a crash, unlawfully operating an all-terrain vehicle without proper safety flag, unlawfully operating an all-terrain vehicle without the equilateral triangle, operating, an unregistered all-terrain vehicle, and resisting arrest. Barber was taken to the Ripley County Jail
