On January 16, 2025, Douglas County Sgt. Aaron Box made a traffic stop on a vehicle when he observed the driver operating the motor vehicle and had prior knowledge that her driver’s license was invalid.
The driver 32 year old Celena Clouse of Ava was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. An inventory search resulted in the seizure of methamphetamine from the vehicle.
Clouse was transported to the Douglas County Jail where multiple bags of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were seized from her person upon being booked.
An arrest warrant was issued for Clouse for Possession of Methamphetamine, Delivery of a Controlled Substance into a county jail, and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. The bond was set at $1500 cash only. Couse is still currently incarcerated in the Douglas County Jail.
