22-year-old Joseph Horn was arrested on charges of delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine, two counts of unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle, two counts of aggravated assault, and unauthorized use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime.
Horn is being held on $100,000 bond.
