The Sheriff’s Office reports that 54-year-old Robert Anthony Irvin Jr. was arrested on charges of possession f a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance, meth or cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to register a vehicle, no insurance, and parole violation. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and his bond was set at $5,000
