Members of the Highland School Board received two exciting recognitions during our January meeting last week.
The ASBA (Arkansas School Board Association) has awarded them the following:
Designation as an “Outstanding Board” with all members achieving an individual Certificate of Boardsmanship
Mr. Johnny Carter has been named a Master Board Member for completing at least fifty hours of board training
