30-year-old Brandon Dean Long was arrested for three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree criminal mischief, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, refusal to submit to arrest, DWI, Violation of a driver’s license restriction, and no valid driver’s license. He is being held on $4,780 bond.
