The MSHP arrested 29-year-old Jarrod Young early this morning for felony resisting arrest by fleeing, misdemeanor speeding, misdemeanor careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash, and no insurance. He was taken to the Texas county jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
