Stealing a vehicle lands man in jail.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of a man for stealing a vehicle. 54-year-old Ira Newton was arrested last Friday on a warrant for the Stealing of a Motor Vehicle and Felony Stealing No Bond was set. The case occurred in February of 2024 and was investigated by Detective Nathan Long.
