Shannon County, MO – On Friday, January 31st, at approximately 6:36 pm, Sergeant Burgher of the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) placed William D. Grammar, a Shannon County resident, into custody for a probation violation from District 11. In addition, Grammar faces two charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Creating Substantial Risk – 1st Degree, in connection with separate incidents in the county.
