Three people have died in an accident near Jonesboro on Thursday. The Arkansas State Police reports that 58-year-old John Leroy Lewis of Mountain Home Arkansas, 63-year-old David Lee Vanwinkle of Winona, Missouri, and 62-year-old Timothy Allen Foote of West Burlington Iowa were killed in an accident. There were 5 other injuries. The accident occurred when Lewis was southbound on US Highway 63 and collided with Vanwinkle in a head-on collision on the Northbound fog line.
